| The Basics | |
| Each week predict the results (home win, away win or draw) of the weekend Premiership games. | |
| For each correctly predicted result you will score the odds as displayed at the bookmakers at the kick-off time. | |
| Example Scoring (with example odds) | |
| Arsenal v Birmingham | |
| | Arsenal win 1/5 | |
| | Draw 4/1 | |
| | Birmingham win 8/1 | |
| If you correctly predict a Home Win you would score 1.2 points (0.2 + 1 point stake), | |
| if you correctly predict an Away Win you would score 9 points (8 + 1 point stake), | |
| and if you correctly predict a Draw you would score 5 points (4 + 1 point stake). | |
| A wrong prediction would score 0 points. | |
| NB - points are calculated as if a 1 point bet had been made at the bookmakers and this 'stake' is included in the points. | |
| Prizes | |
| A couple of small prizes will be awarded, one to the winner (i.e. the most points at the end of the season) and one to the person with the most correct predictions. | |
| Confirmation of the prizes will be made at the start of the competition. | |
