| The Game | |
|
| Each week there will be a list of all the weekend games for entrants to predict. | |
|
|
| Each prediction will be Home win, Away win or Draw. | |
|
|
| 'Weekend games' will include any game played on Saturday and Sunday. | |
|
|
| Scoring | |
|
| Points will be scored according to the odds of that result occurring according to the bookmakers. | |
|
|
| For each correctly predicted result you will score the odds as displayed at the bookmakers at the kick-off time. | |
|
|
| The scores for each game will be added to give your weekly totals. | |
|
|
| Where a weekend falls across two months, the weekend score will count towards the month in which the Saturday falls, e.g. Weekend 3 will be Aug 31/Sep 1 and will count towards your August monthly total. | |
|
|
| The Odds | |
|
| The same bookmaker will be used throughout the competition. | |
|
|
| No discussion will be entered into over the bookmaker or the odds used. | |
|
|
| The Prizes | |
|
| Two prizes will be awarded: | |
|
|
| one to the winner (i.e. the most points at the end of the season) | |
|
|
| one to the person with the most correct predictions. | |
|
|
| Confirmation of the prizes will be made at the start of the competition. | |
|
|
| All prizes are currently generated from advertising, to improve prizes and to help us introduce more prizes (weekly/monthly) please click on an advert or two. | |
|
|
| Entry | |
|
| Entry is free and all entries and predictions must be made online via the PredictionsLeague.com web site. | |
|
|
| Only one entry per person will be accepted. | |
|
|
| Entry Conditions | |
|
| Incorrect, incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. | |
|
|
| The computer record of the entry will be considered to be the entry. | |
|
|
| The decision of the organiser on the interpretation of the rules will be final. | |
|
|
| E-Mail Address | |
|
| IMPORTANT: You must enter a valid e-mail address. | |
|
|
| PredictionsLeague.com will notify winners via e-mail. | |
|
|
| If your registered address is invalid then you can not be notified if you have won. | |
|
|
| Your e-mail address will never be passed on to any third party. | |
|
|
| Predictions Deadline | |
|
| The predictions must be entered before the deadline, usually a couple of hours before the kick-off of the first game of the weekends selection. It will not be possible to enter a prediction later than this. | |
|
|
| Predictions | |
|
| Predictions for Weekend games will be made available two to three weeks in advance where possible. | |
|
|
| You may change your predictions at anytime before the deadline. The new predictions will replace the old ones. | |
|
|
| Any attempt to alter predictions after the deadline will be rejected. | |
|
|
| Anyone not entering their predictions, for whatever reason, for a weeks games, will score zero for the week. | |
|
|
| Postponed or Rearranged Games | |
|
| Games that are postponed, rearranged or not played on the date published on PredictionsLeague.com, for whatever reason, will not be included for prediction, and will not score any points. | |
|
|
| Predictions made for games that are postponed will NOT be carried forward to the rescheduled game, you will have be enter your prediction again should the rescheduled game appear in a later round of weekend games. | |

|
| MiniLeagues | |
|
| A MiniLeague allows you and your friends to see your results in you own league, as well as in the main league. | |
|
|
| After registering you'll be able to create a MiniLeague code and password, send this code and password to your friends and they can join your league. | |
|
|
